We believe in honest pricing. We charge exactly ₹0.00 for shipping on every single order nationwide. There are absolutely no hidden delivery fees, handling charges, or surprises added at checkout.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

To make shopping safe and stress-free, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You do not need to pay anything online. Simply pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the delivery executive only when the package is handed over to you.

3. Mandatory Order Verification

Because we run on Cash on Delivery, we must verify your address before dispatching your package:

After you place an order, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message, SMS, or a quick phone call to confirm your order.
Your items will only be shipped after you confirm this message/call. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days after your order is verified.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your package will reach your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your city and state).

5. Order Tracking

The moment your package leaves our fulfillment hub, we will send a Tracking Link and AWB Number directly to your phone via WhatsApp or SMS. You can click the link to see exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.

6. Important Delivery Rules

Our courier agents will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable or unreachable on your phone, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that open-box delivery is not permitted. You must pay the cash amount to the delivery executive before opening the sealed parcel.
